Terms and Conditions

TakeMyOnlineClassPro provides academic support services, including but not limited to: subject-matter tutoring, LMS (Learning Management System) management, assignment assistance, discussion board participation, and exam preparation.

All work provided by TakeMyOnlineClassPro is intended to be used as a model, guide, or reference for the client's own educational research.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your course syllabus, deadlines, and login credentials (if applicable). TakeMyOnlineClassPro is not responsible for missed deadlines or incorrect submissions resulting from inaccurate data provided by the client.

Account Security: If you provide LMS login credentials (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard), we utilize IP matching and device fingerprinting to maintain security. You agree not to access the LMS simultaneously with our experts to prevent security flags.

Customized Pricing: Pricing is determined by course complexity, volume of work, and deadlines. Quotes are valid for 72 hours.

Payment Plans: For full-semester enrollments, TakeMyOnlineClassPro may offer installment-based payment plans. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in a temporary suspension of services.

Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your full credit card information.

The Guarantee: We guarantee that the work performed by our experts will receive a grade of "B" or higher.

Mid-Semester Joins: If you hire us mid-semester, the Grade Guarantee applies only to the assignments and assessments handled by TakeMyOnlineClassPro. We cannot guarantee an overall course grade if previous work (not completed by us) has negatively impacted your GPA.

Refund Eligibility: If the work completed by our expert fails to meet the B-threshold, the client is entitled to a partial or full refund based on the weight of the assignment, or free remedial work on future tasks to pull the grade up.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued if:

• The student changes the instructions after the expert has started.
• The student fails to provide necessary materials (textbooks, rubrics) promptly.
• The student interferes with the submission (e.g., submitting their own version over the expert's work).

100% Human-Authored: We guarantee that all written work is crafted from scratch by human experts. We do not use AI-generation tools.

Plagiarism Policy: Every submission is checked through internal plagiarism and AI-detection software before delivery. We provide a free verification report upon request (excluding proprietary university-specific software).

Client Use: The work delivered is a "custom model" intended to assist the student in understanding the subject matter. TakeMyOnlineClassPro is not responsible for any academic disciplinary actions taken by your institution. You agree that you are using this service at your own discretion.

Data Protection: Your identity, university name, and contact details are 100% confidential. We will never share your information with third parties, including your university or instructors.

Expert Privacy: To maintain the integrity of our network, clients may not attempt to contact experts outside of the provided communication dashboard.

TakeMyOnlineClassPro, its employees, and its subject-matter experts shall not be held liable for:

• Technical failures of the University's LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, etc.).
• Sudden changes to a syllabus or instructor requirements not communicated to us 24 hours in advance.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

TakeMyOnlineClassPro reserves the right to terminate service and issue a pro-rated refund if:

• The client is found to be abusive toward staff or experts.
• The complexity of the course was significantly misrepresented during the quoting process.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
